What is the practice? 

It’s a container that asks and offers that everyone practice fully owning their experience. 

Instead of investing many a word and phrase in affirming that there is indeed ownership, we reveal our projections with simple immediacy. We embody and trust ownership wordlessly, effortlessly, unpersuadingly. 

Often that comes out poetic, but poetry is not the goal. Neither is the goal to break boundaries or find edges (though these may happen too).

Here’s a section from a recording, where we switched to describing the activity itself, while in the groove of stemless:

we're noticing the water 

the water

we're speaking from the immediate
we're not trying to make sense

exactly

stemless is freedom 
stemless is the vapors of a candle that keep flying

stemless is sudden

stemless is sudden
suddenly into full hug

stemless has sharpness
of a blade
that makes a tiny crack and then tears open

stemless is listening to you now 
stemless is
forgiveness

that's what I was exactly going to say
